Lauren Edelman has 17 years of experience in luxury beauty and fragrance.  During her tenures at L’Oréal Groupe, Chanel Inc and Rose Inc, she cultivated a love of product and expertise in brand building.  She led the centennial celebration of Chanel N°5 in the U.S., which included trailblazing initiatives such as a takeover of Rockefeller Center, and a drone show during Miami’s Art Basel.  In her most recent role at Rose Inc, she orchestrated a series of global events which included the launch of new markets, an influencer partnership during Paris fashion week and a London pop-up in partnership with Space NK, which became the top performing initiative in the retailer’s history.

Lauren leads through creativity and collaboration.  She believes that clear communication and making space for magic are what teams need to be their best. 

Lauren lives in New York City’s Greenwich Village.  She is a graduate of New York University and completed her master’s degree at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
